From my last post about the disapointing performance from Ubuntu 9.04 jaunty Jackalope, now it's fixed. But not really fix, but much better in performance especially in graphics. Now my firefox is not slow anymore, my CPU resource consumption is much lower and Compiz working much better. After waiting for Ubuntu 9.04 release date, and 15 hours upgrading from Ubuntu 8.10 to Ubuntu 9.04, i dissapointed with Ubuntu 9.04 performance. Ubuntu 9.04 is much slower in performance rather than Ubuntu 8.10. And after googling a while, looks like i'm not alone, i found this thread complaining about Ubuntu 9.04 performance. I am one of the Ubuntu big fans. I used to used Windows XP in most of the time. But after i tried Ubuntu, i knew i won't change to other OS again.
